Country Finder collects only the information you voluntarily provide through our quiz (budget, preferences, citizenship). We do not require registration or store personal accounts.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you updates about new countries and features.

Quiz answers are processed in your browser to generate country recommendations. They are not stored on our servers.

Email addresses collected via the subscription form are used solely to send relevant newsletters and are never sold or shared with third parties.

3. Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal technical cookies to remember your language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) and theme setting.

To understand how the site is used, we run Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica (including session replay, click maps and behavior analysis). These set cookies and collect anonymized usage data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

4. Affiliate Links

The site contains affiliate (referral) links to third-party services (e.g. flights, accommodation, insurance, eSIM, language courses). If you click and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Such links are labeled as advertising.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Resend to deliver emails. Country data is sourced from publicly available datasets (Numbeo, OECD, Visa Index, Nomad List). Map tiles are provided by OpenStreetMap contributors.

6. Data Retention

Email subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Upon unsubscribing, your email is removed from our mailing list.
